This ultimatum from the bank is for those customers whose accounts should have been KYC updated by March 31, 2024 ( KYC Update Online ).
Under this ultimatum, customers are required to go to their branch and do KYC by updating information like ID proof, address proof, recent photo, PAN, income proof, mobile number.
KYC can be done till 12th August
Following the RBI guidelines, Punjab National Bank (PNB) has asked its customers to update KYC by August 12 to ensure smooth functioning and also said that KYC can be done till August 12, 2024 through PNB One App/Internet ( How can I update my bank KYC online ) Banking Services (IBS)/registered e-mail/post or by visiting any branch in person.
