Rules July 2024: Gas cylinders became cheaper, mobile recharges became expensive, know what changes happened in July

Tata Motors' commercial vehicles are going to become 2% more expensive from today i.e. July 1. The vehicle rates have been increased according to the model. Earlier in March also, commercial vehicles were increased by 2%.
Along with this, Hero's two wheelers will also be made costlier by up to ₹1500. The increase will vary according to the model and market. The company said that their rates have been increased due to increased production costs.
Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the budget for the financial year 2024-25 in July, which will be her seventh consecutive budget. According to the RBI calendar, banks will remain closed for 12 days in July. This includes Saturdays and Sundays along with holidays for festivals in different states.
Income tax returns for the financial year 2023-24 can be filed till 31 July 2024. However, ITR can be filed till 31 December 2024 with penalty.
Today, i.e. from July 1, the rules related to porting mobile number have changed. If someone wants to change his number, then he will be able to port his number only after 7 days. Earlier this time limit was 10 days.
