New railway line gets approval in these districts of UP, passengers of different villages benefit
UP News: When the new railway line falls between Firozabad-Kasganj, this track of Izzatnagar division of North Eastern Railway will be directly connected to Tanakpur. With this, trains will run from Tundla station of Firozabad to Bareilly and Tanakpur.
HR Mandi Bhav, UP railway station: A new train will be built from Firozabad to Kasganj. A budget of Rs 389 crore has been approved for this. The construction of this railway line should be completed within three years. Tundla station will be directly connected to Tanakpur via Bareilly by building a new line from Firozabad to Kasganj.
Currently only trains run from Bareilly to Kasganj. There is a track till Mathura, but to go from Kasganj to Mathura also one has to change the train. There is a lot of demand for trains going from Bareilly to Tundla.
The work of laying Firozabad-Kasganj railway line has been approved, said Public Relations Officer Rajendra Singh. The work will start soon.
Upasana Superfast 13 hours late
Delay in trains continues. Trains come at night. On Sunday, Upasana Superfast train arrived late by 13 hours. Passengers remained troubled by this. On Sunday, Upasana Superfast running from Dehradun to Howrah arrived late by 13 hours. The train was to arrive at 4:05 am on Sunday.
At 5:05 pm the train reached the junction 13 hours late. Bareilly-Prayagraj Express, which started again from March 2, left with a delay of two hours for the second day on Sunday.
