Even after the implementation of Section 144, the administration will create a history sheet to identify people who are carrying out construction work on the land, who are in illegal occupation or who are selling the land to multiple people. There will be a list of land mafia in every police station and zone, so that such people can be identified after any land dispute or incident.
Patna DM Sir Kapil Ashok and SSP Rajeev Mishra reviewed the law and order situation in Danapur subdivision. DM-SSP said that strict action will be taken against the land mafia. Negligence will not be tolerated. If officials are found involved or weak in the land mafia, strict action will be taken against them.
DM and SP said that land dispute cases will be given priority. Danapur subdivision area has developed very quickly. The debate has also increased due to increase in the price of land. This must be stopped at all times. DSP and SDM should monitor from their level.

164 land dispute cases settled
Danapur SDM Pradeep Singh told the DM that 164 land dispute cases have been resolved in January. Whatever is pending will be completed soon. Land dispute cases are being resolved rapidly.
Instructions for regular checking of illicit liquor
DM and SSP also demanded preventive action in view of the upcoming Lok Sabha elections. Additionally, pay special attention to arms verification and areas where there is a possibility of spending money to influence voters.
His expenses are sensitive. Excise department and police officials should regularly check illegal liquor. Destroy the seized liquor within 48 hours. The action taken in liquor smuggling will be reviewed in 15 days.
