HR Mandi Bhav: Children studying in Basic Education Council schools will know the merits of every district of Uttar Pradesh. A book based on specific information is being prepared with the aim of making the students up to class eight familiar with various aspects of cultural, social, educational, literary and other fields of all 75 districts of the state. The special thing is that the specialty of the district should be such that it is known for it.

There may also be a specialty about which only the people of the sub-district know. Pictures related to the theme will also be given in the book.

Naval Kishore, Principal of the State Education Institute, said that Dr. Pawan Kumar, Joint Secretary, State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Lucknow, in a letter sent on January 16, has given instructions to prepare the book and make it available by February 10. 

However, it is not yet clear in which class this book will be taught and when it will be implemented. But with the speed at which the book is being written, it is believed that the book will be in the hands of children by the next session.

Dr. Deepti Mishra, Assistant Deputy Education Director of the institute, said that the work of book production has started. By studying the merits of each district, children will benefit from knowing their surroundings as well as the specialties of the entire state. 

Last year, the state government also changed the syllabus of PCS, the most prestigious examination of Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, and added UP special in the main examination. 

By studying the merits of the districts since childhood, children will also get benefit in the most prestigious recruitment examination of the state.
