UP Weather Today: The weather has started showing its colours in Uttar Pradesh. As the effect of western disturbance was seen in many states in the last few days. Now farmers in Uttar Pradesh may have to face the brunt of the weather.
According to the Meteorological Center of Lucknow, rain is being predicted due to the activation of the Western Diskhop. Today, i.e. on April 15, rain is expected in West and East UP.
Due to this, rain may occur in Shamli, Saharanpur, Muzaffarnagar, Bijnor, Moradabad, Mathura, Hathras, Agra and Firozabad.
The wind will blow at a speed of 25 to 35 km per hour, along with this there is a possibility of rain in Etawah, Auraiya, Kanpur Dehat, Jalaun, Jhansi, Lalitpur, Kanpur Nagar, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Fatehpur, Banda, Chitrakoot, Kaushambi, Prayagraj, Mirzapur, Chandauli and Sonbhadra.
On April 16, the weather may remain dry in eastern and western Uttar Pradesh, but winds are expected to blow at a speed of 25 to 35 km/h at some places. On April 17 and 18 too, the weather will remain dry and strong winds of 25 to 35 km/h will blow.
Some rain is expected in western UP on 19 and 20 April, but the weather will remain dry in eastern UP. Strong winds at a speed of 25 to 35 km per hour can blow in western UP on both days.
Damage to wheat and mango crops: This hailstorm will damage mango crops along with wheat harvesting. However, this rain can be beneficial for farmers cultivating summer vegetables. In heavy rains, farmers are advised to make proper arrangements for drainage in the fields.
