Two day agricultural fair in Hisar, Haryana, people went crazy about this variety of wheat

HR Mandi Bhav (Haryana News): 1207 variety of wheat is most in demand among the farmers in the two-day agricultural fair going on at Chaudhary Charan Singh Haryana Agricultural University, Hisar. Most of the farmers are flocking to this stall in the fair. Agricultural scientists said that WHC 1270, 303 and 187 varieties will give 90 maunds per acre.

Vice Chancellor Prof. BR Kamboj said that farmers should keep adopting new technologies and techniques all the time. Today, the role of women in the agricultural sector is continuously increasing. Farmer women of the state are being given drone training. 

Women will also have to take technical training, otherwise they will not be able to face the difficulties. One has to be more careful while farming according to the changing weather.

Mentioned the disease resistant and frost tolerant mustard variety RH 725 and the high productivity wheat variety RH 1270. It was also reported that CSV 53F and HJ 1514, which give high yield of fodder sorghum in Kharif crops; HHB 299 and HHB 311, which are rich in zinc and iron; And MH 421 variety of moong.

Vice Chancellor of Maharana Pratap Udyan University, Karnal, Dr. Suresh Kumar Malhotra said that Haryana is at the forefront in adopting progressive farmer innovations and technologies. Farmers can address many issues like food security, food storage, climate change and environmental protection. As per the recommendations, water soluble fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides can be easily sprayed in a similar manner by drones. Which will reduce costs and save resources.
