Due to the effect of this system, very heavy rain was recorded in most of the districts of Rajasthan. According to the information of the Meteorological Center Jaipur, today on Friday, 30 August, a yellow alert has been issued for rain in Dholpur, Ajmer and Nagaur of Rajasthan.

According to the latest update of the Meteorological Department, a series of heavy rains will start in the state from September 1. Which is likely to continue for a week. Overall, 51 percent of normal rainfall has been recorded in the state. If we talk about eastern Rajasthan (Rajasthan Today Mausam), 38 percent more rain than normal was recorded. 

On the other hand, 75 percent more rain than the average has been recorded in western Rajasthan. Less than average rain was being recorded in most of the districts of Udaipur division, but due to the effect of the weather system formed in the past few days, average rain was recorded in most of the districts of Udaipur division. 

According to the meteorology, overall, this time the monsoon (Monsoon Update) is raining heavily in the state, due to which more than normal rainfall is being recorded. At present, there is still a lot of time left for the departure of monsoon from the state, due to which there is a possibility of more than normal rainfall in all the districts of the state.

Along with issuing orange-yellow alert for rain and thunderstorm, the weather department has issued special guidelines for the general public. According to the weather department, take shelter in a safe place during thunderstorm. Do not go under trees at all. Remove the plugs of electronic devices at home. Do not go near electric poles or kutcha houses.
