Due to this, very heavy rains may occur in coastal Andhra Pradesh on the 31st. Apart from this, very heavy rains may also occur in Telangana on August 31 and September 1 and in Vidarbha on September 1.

Talking about western and central India, very heavy rains are expected in western Madhya Pradesh, Marathwada on September 1 and 2, Vidarbha from August 31 to September 2, Chhattisgarh on August 31, Gujarat from September 2 to 4.
Apart from this, there is an alert of heavy rain in Madhya Pradesh from August 31 to September 4, Vidarbha, Marathwada from August 31 to September 3, Chhattisgarh from August 31, September 1 and September 4 to 6, Konkan and Goa, Madhya Maharashtra from September 1 to 6, Gujarat from September 1 to 5.
The Meteorological Department (IMD Latest Weather Update) forecast for South India is that Rayalaseema, Interior Karnataka will receive heavy to very heavy rains from August 31 to September 2, coastal Karnataka on August 31 and September 2.
Apart from this, coastal Karnataka areas are expected to receive heavy rains for the next seven days, Kerala, Mahe from August 31 to September 4.

Out of this, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana (Haryana today Mausam), Chandigarh are going to receive heavy rains on September 2, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, Uttarakhand, Punjab on September 2 and 3, Western Rajasthan on September 3 and 4.
